Last time it was a special tribute to all kawaii kawaii things. Haha. But today is serious things. I am having a lot of curiosity about humans. But in today post I would like to have a thought about how they really do their job?
Not taking a real hardcore example, I am taking a simple experience from my work experience with a certain humans. They a lot of kind. But most of I work with is the kind of real last minute person.
I do not really understand how they can relax at the first critical moment, and push out very to their limits at the end. This is the kind of person I most hated. Do they really know that a last minute work is like a trash? The result of the work are also a trash. Almost of the work will be rejected or not doing fine. What will happen to them at the very end after they submitted trash work? Tired! Hypertension! and so so negative effects will be on that person. What did they do? They blame GOD, team mates, office mates, whatever mates, the work, the boss, whoever they can blame for giving them the work or working with them, but they did not blame themselves! I hate people like this.
Things aren't easy dude! Another kind of people that are created in another like form of this attitude is a thief. A thief in a workplace? Sound so normal. But this is not just a normal thief that steals money, or a pencil? It is a BIG thief.
What did he steals? He steals your work, job, women, food, your should be in position, your salary, friends, and worse, he can also steal your FAMILY!.
Why this related? A last minute person should do a trash work, or they didn't even know what they want to do right? They know the facts, so by stealing a work from another team should be okay. They just need to modified it a bit, maybe just change to their name will bee suffice, and tell the boss, this is theirs. While the boss confused, he should pick one from both. What will happen if the boss pick the thief? You know it.
